Stephanie and Jeff will help plan your reception prior to the wedding, providing suggestions for special events and music selections. On that day, we act as wedding planner/coordinator to be sure your events go smoothly and in a timely manner. This involves guiding the reception from introductions to special dances to cake cutting, including such details as where to stand, and tracking down missing people. We make sure the right people know what is happening next, especially the maitre’d, photographer, videographer, and bridal party. We motivate your guests to enjoy themselves by setting an example of fun and interaction to get things moving. As well as being your master of ceremonies and disc jockey, we act as eyes and ears for your photographer and videographer – we create the moments and then make sure they are there to capture them. Don’t forget, Jeff plays live acoustic guitar music for your ceremony or cocktail hour, adding his expert musicianship to the mix.
