evening that allowed guests to fully enjoy the spacious lawns, gardens and the cool breeze off the Hudson River.
The ceremony took place outside on the lawn with music by a string quartet, the couple’s adorable two year old son, Rocco, as the ring bearer. Later on guests enjoyed the spectacular sunset, cocktails and sushi on the patio.
THE DETAILS: The ballroom was decked out in elegant ivory and sage: sheer linens with embroidered sage ivy on the tables, lantern centerpieces, orchids in floating candles at the head table and a huge vase of tall, white calla lilies beside a vintage style Michael Polito photograph of Danielle and Charlie. The cake was decorated with sage ribbon between each tier and topped with intricate sugar orchids. The guests were given wedding favors of spruce seedlings.
Danielle was the beauty at the center of it all. The night included Motown and old school R&B along with contemporary dance songs. Simply Gourmet Catering did an amazing job with a four course dinner as well as the dessert, candy buffet and espresso bar.
